also have huge health benefits and are easy to grow.

But there are a few tricks!

Come along for a fabulous day:

  • Techniques of sowing, planting, growing and harvesting with Caity and Gerald

  • Pests and diseases with Caity

  • Make your own gorgeous onion plait with Sue Reusser and Jodie Austin

  • Make and take home a jar of winter immunity booster “Fire Cider” with Fleur Winger

  • Recipes for special onion treats
